MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of the Navajo Insurance Services Department is to support our valued customers by providing positive, resourceful, and cost-effective insurance service for the Navajo Nation so that its assets, property and employees are protected and the levels of coverage are adequate.

Insurance Commission

The purpose of the Navajo Nation Insurance Commission is to establish and oversee all insurance coverage for the Navajo Nation and its entities and approve all policies to cover the Navajo Nation and its employees and property. (2.N.N.C. § § 931, et seq.)
